Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested for products that are:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Not as described on the website
- Not delivered within a reasonable time frame after the estimated delivery date

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, customers must:
- Contact our customer service team within 12 hours of delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including photos if the item is damaged

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review the claim and notify the customer of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days or as store credit immediately.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Items on sale
- Customized products, unless defective or damaged
